It is co-owned by Belle Property Annandale Principals, Robert Clarke and Jeremy Payne, who in just three years have grown their first office from scratch to No 1 within the 40 office Belle Property group. This remarkable success paved the way for a strategic expansion into Balmain, with their second office opening in December 2011 in partnership with Monique.
